Our Leadership

Jill Norris

Regional Executive Director of Operations

Jill Norris, Regional Director of Operations at Wedgewood South and Wilshire on 4th, brings years of experience in senior care management, overseeing two communities in the Lubbock area. With a hands-on approach, Jill splits her time between both locations, ensuring that each resident receives exceptional, personalized care and that all operational aspects run smoothly. Her committed excellence, combined with decades of experience, is reflected in every aspect of her leadership- from staff training to day-to-day operations- creating environments where residents feel supported and valued.

Outside of work, you'll most often find me with my three adult children and seven wonderful grandchildren-usually on the sidelines of their sports and activities. I also love to travel and enjoy exploring new places whenever I can.

Regional Director of Health Services/Executive Director

Crystal Hitt

With 25 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, I've dedicated my career to supporting older adults with compassion, dignity, and personalized care. Over the past decade, I've worked extensively in assisted living, beginning as a Clinical Coordinator and growing into leadership roles including Memory Care Director, Regional Director of Health Services, and most recently, Executive Director at Wilshire on 4th.

My work is driven by a deep commitment to quality of life, strong team development, and creating environments where residents feel truly at home. I'm especially passionate about memory care and supporting families through every stage of the aging journey.

In addition to my professional roles, I've had the privilege of serving two terms as Secretary on the Board for the South Plains Home Care Association, helping strengthen resources and advocacy within the community. 

When I'm not working, I am heavily involved in the livestock industry, showing pigs with two of my kids. I'm also the proud mom of four adult children and a loving "Honey" to my four grandchildren.
